STORY : Sebuah penyakit misterius mematikan adalah pada lepas di seluruh dunia, sehingga tingkat kematian bencana kemanusiaan, dan kenaikan meningkatnya serangan, disebabkan oleh orang mati hidup. Di Jepang, beberapa siswa SMA dan seorang perawat sekolah harus bersatu untuk melarikan diri Fujimi Sekolah Tinggi lama setelah itu diserang oleh zombie. Kelompok ini sekarang mencoba untuk mencari siapa atau apa yang bertanggung jawab atas wabah ini, dan sementara itu, upaya untuk bertahan kiamat ini. Cerita ini awalnya diriwayatkan melalui mata Takashi Komuro, salah satu siswa yang selamat dalam wabah awal.
